1. Agreement Acceptance
1.1. By entering into a business relationship with Molecules Cosmetics, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
1.2. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Molecules Cosmetics and the business entity entering into this agreement
2. Products And Services
2.1. Molecules agrees to provide the agreed-upon products and services to the Client as outlined in the mutually agreed-upon proposal or contract.
2.2. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the fulfillment of products and services.
3. Pricing And Payment Terms
3.1. Prices for products and services will be outlined in the formal proposal or contract.
3.2. Payment terms, including invoicing schedules and methods, will be specified in the agreement.
3.3. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined in the agreement.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. Both parties agree to treat all confidential information obtained during the course of the business relationship as strictly confidential.
4.2. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, proprietary information, business strategies, and customer data.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Molecules Cosmetics retains all rights, title, and interest in any intellectual property associated with its products and services.
5.2. The Client agrees not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any intellectual property belonging to Molecules Cosmetics without prior written consent.
6. Termination
6.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period.
6.2. Termination does not relieve the Client’s obligation to pay for products and services delivered prior to termination.
7. Governing Law

8. Amendments
